These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and touchngo66 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://touchngo66.cam and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

• "Real Money" means funds deposited by the User from their own personal financial accounts, excluding bonus funds.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.

To register and maintain an Account on touchngo66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. touchngo66 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or use any of the Services.
2. You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will. Registration on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
3. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of touchngo66, or an immediate family member of any such person.
4. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed by any gambling operator or regulatory authority.
5. You must represent and warrant that gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether using the Platform is lawful in your country, region, or territory.
6. You must not have had a previous Account terminated by touchngo66 for breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. touchngo66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your Account.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

touchngo66 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering and player protection standards. You may be required to submit supporting documents — including a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence), proof of address, and payment method verification — before withdrawals are processed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Third-party deposits are not permitted. touchngo66 reserves the right to return deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. Deposits are credited to your Account balance only after confirmation from the payment provider. touchngo66 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money balance subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) meeting any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) your account being in good standing with no pending investigations.

6.2 Processing Times

touchngo66 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers but remain subject to network confirmation times.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-transaction, daily, or monthly basis depending on your account tier and verification status. VIP account holders may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP Programme terms.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Where this is not possible, touchngo66 may request alternative withdrawal instructions, which will be subject to additional verification.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by touchngo66 are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any additional specific terms published with each promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus as advertised on the Platform at the time of registration. Welcome Bonuses are available to first-time depositors only and cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

7.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated promotion period. Unused Bonus Funds and associated winnings will expire and be forfeited if wagering requirements are not met within the stipulated timeframe. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific game contribution rates will be stated in individual promotion terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

touchngo66 actively monitors for and prohibits: (a) use of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements; (b) coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts; (c) exploitation of software errors or technical glitches to gain unfair advantage. Where bonus abuse is detected, touchngo66 reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and gaming activities conducted through the Platform:

• All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform. touchngo66 reserves the right to void bets placed on events or markets affected by confirmed or suspected match manipulation, data errors, or force majeure events.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds or pricing, touchngo66 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes regardless of whether the bet has settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• For live in-play betting on sports such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and UFC, bets may be suspended or delayed during periods of high market volatility or pending event confirmation. Acceptance of a bet is not guaranteed until the Platform confirms it.
• Casino games, including those offered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play, are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed rules and these Terms, the individual game rules shall apply to game outcomes.
• touchngo66 is not responsible for any loss incurred as a result of a player's own decision to place a bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

1. Registering an Account while under the age of 21.
2. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or verification information.
3. Operating more than one Account on the Platform.
4. Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activity.
5. Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption relating to sporting events.
6. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
7. Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
8. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward touchngo66 staff or other users.
9. Attempting to circumvent responsible gambling restrictions, self-exclusion orders, or account suspension measures.
10. Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to bypass geographic restrictions or disguise your true identity or location.

All content on the touchngo66 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, user interfaces, and game content — is the property of touchngo66 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content; (b) create derivative works; (c) reverse engineer or decompile any software on the Platform; or (d) use any Platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from touchngo66.

touchngo66 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree to any amendments, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gambling and commercial law as determined by the jurisdiction of the Company's licensing authority.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account transaction, or bonus award, you must first contact touchngo66 customer support to seek resolution through our internal complaints procedure. We aim to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution service as applicable under the Company's operating licence.
